Service Description

I reserve one discounted intake session per week for someone experiencing genuine financial hardship. This option is for people who need careful tapering support but cannot realistically afford the full intake fee because of unemployment, disability, illness, withdrawal-related loss of income, caring responsibilities, debt, housing insecurity, or other serious financial pressure. The discounted intake is offered at 50% off my standard intake price. This is mainly intended for people living in higher-income or developed countries who may not qualify for the very low-cost developing-country option, but who are still genuinely struggling financially. I understand that someone can live in Australia, the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, Israel, New Zealand, or another high-income country and still be in a very difficult situation. This is not an automatic discount. Because I can only offer one 50% off intake per week, I ask that people only request this option if they truly need it. The GTT app is included for free for anyone accepted for this discounted intake option. The intake session may include: listening to your medication and withdrawal history understanding where you are in your taper or recovery identifying possible tapering mistakes or risks discussing slow, percentage-based tapering principles helping you think through holds, reductions, symptoms, and timing introducing and helping you use the GTT app if it is suitable for your situation helping you prepare better questions for your doctor or prescriber offering practical and emotional support from lived experience To request the 50% off intake, please briefly explain your situation and why the full intake fee is not currently possible for you.
