The spreadsheet is updated again - This starts with the main changes for those who already use it, and the FULL GUIDE for newbies. It is a tool for everyone who needs to taper a benzo like Valium, Xanax, Clonazepam etc or an SSRI like Sertraline or Paroxetine to do it safely and have control over the taper process and speed.
